2001-11-14 & 12:24 p.m. : persimmon

i have just seen my first persimmon.

i had heard of them, but i didn't really know what they are.

i am completely freaked out.

because, like, i thought i knew all the fruits.

maybe not all of them...but i didn't think i would encounter ones i didn't know. like, i thought that the ones i didn't know were deep in the rain forest or southeast asia or something. somewhere, if i went there, i would expect to see new fruit.

not in my god damn motherfucking office.

i think i need to lay down.
